Terms of Sale
- All horses sold by Volo Sport Horses must pass an independent veterinary inspection. The vet is selected by the buyer.
It is the buyer's responsibility to assess the outcome of the veterinary inspection.
- All buyers are recommended to check out results for the horse(s) they want to purchase.
- If it turns out that the buyer is unsatisfied with the horse it can be placed for sale or trade at Stall Volo. In such circumstances, Stall Volo reserves the right to make a new valuation of the horse. At resale or trade in, all expences for stabling, forage, training, and any expenses in connection with competitions are covered by the seller throughout the first month. Thereafter the buyer will be charged nok 6000,- each month ex VAT and other expenses covering smith, vet, transportation, competition etc. The buyer covers transportation expenses to and from Stall Volo. In case of onward sale, Stall Volo reserves the right to charge a 10% commission. During the period when the horse is owned by the buyer, the horse is stabled at the buyers risk. Stall Volo is under no circumstances responsible for any injuries to the horse, after the responsibility is handed over.
- The buyer takes over responsibility for the horse immediately after the horse has been examined by the vet.
- After check-up the buyer will be charged nok 100,- for stabling per day. The charges will be invoiced together with expenses for veterinary inspection, if Stall Volo has paid for this in advance.
- Stall volo guarantees that all horses we put up for sale are debt-free and not in ownershiship unless stated with any other company.
